Dragon Crisis

Dragon Crisis is about a treasure hunt gone horribly wrong(or right dependent on your point of view). The main character Ryuji and his cousin are low key treasure hunters in their world. Sounds like a fun job until you try to steal treasure from a heavily armed mob and that treasure happens to be a dragon girl that seems to know you for some godforsaken reason.

Now, unlike in most animes like this Rose actually knows Ryuji for an real reason that is explained later in the anime. So, don't write it off because the beginning is a little shaky; honestly that is why it didn't get a nine out of ten. Since the beginning is really shaky most people drop it after seeing the first episode but, I implore you to watch the rest of the show I promise you will remember Rose screaming for Ryuji to help her out with living in our world. This anime takes a pretty actionish turn in some of the episodes making it a flip between Romance and Action. With that this anime holds very strong for its' audience should they make it past the first episode.

The main strength of this anime is Rose. Watching her grow into a very lovable character is very entertaining and the little action blips help a lot too. But, it remains about Ryuji and Rose for the most part though they are not one of the more recognized couples in anime they should certainly be remembered as one of the better ones. The main reason it did not get more recognition when it came out was because it had other big branded animes coming out at the same time therefore, it fell behind in the rankings since not everyone can afford the time to watch all the different anime. That being said we will not be getting a season two of Dragon Crisis considering how low of ratings the initial show got even if there was a large surge now but, that shouldn't dissuade you from watching our heros get together and work through their problems together!

This anime is a pretty good starter romance anime as it has a lot of what to generally expect. You could easily recommend it to your buddies and you could probably watch it at work without having to worry too much about anything crazy happening like in High School DxD. Another reason that it doesn't get the nine is because even with the action parts I think they could have done more in that department with some of the fights they did have. Meaning that it doesn't appeal to everyone but, not everyone can since this anime is more about romance I appreciate the fact that they specialized in it instead of spreading out way too thin.

In conclusion, Dragon Crisis is a good Romance anime but, it may not have everything you want so, if you are looking for a lot of action this is not your game at all. It is generally safe to show your friends if you are trying to promote for more anime fans like I do. Just remember to watch it yourself so you have a good idea of what to talk to them about alright?

Campione!

7/10 This anime is about Kusanagi Godoas a man who has slain the god of victory and acquired his powers. He has become a Campione and must fight other Campione to hope that he may survive this ordeal! Guess I'll start doing Fan-service Friday since this anime is fairly fan-service heavy aswell. Campione has one of the coolest theroies in an anime I've ever seen for it to be a ecchi anime. The idea is that when you kill a god you obtain their powers basically becoming that god; you can also kill other gods and obtain their powers aswell but, be careful you also inherit their weaknesses! This anime has an awful lot of fan-service as do many of the anime's that will be on Fridays' list. Blue Dragon

S1 9/10 S2 6/10 Blue Dragon is another action heavy anime that features Shuu in his quest to save the world from being taken over in both seasons. With S1 and S2 being so different in the ratings I'm here to explain why! We'll start with S1 since it is first. With S1 you are just getting to know Shuu as he takes on the empire that threatens the world. His first encounter with this empire is when they try to take over his village and try to kill him. Fortunately for him he is the holder of one of he legendary shadows known as Blue Dragon. During S1 you see him learn how to control his power over the course of it and even become friend with his inner demon much like Naruto except, having a giant Blue Dragon whoop ass for you somehow strikes me as cooler than becoming a neon light at a bar.
