Black Bullet

7/10 Welcome back once again to another review we'll jump right into this one. Now, Black Bullet is fairly underground and has a pretty small fan-base as far as I know (though I could be wrong). Much of that has to do with the fact it is just not very talked about and a lot of people have no idea what it is so, I'll fill you in. This is a story set in a post-apocalyptic world where our main man Rentaro is faced with many difficult decisions in his life. He is a public officer with a powerful little girl (Enju) that he thinks of more as a daughter than anything else. He knows that Enju's life will be short but wishes to bring her a world that she can enjoy without having to fight monsters on a daily basis. There is a lot of strength in the story telling for Rentaro which makes up for some of the lesser characters as it seems they may not have been that well thought out as some of them were simply uninteresting.
