I don't think anyone has ever wondered what would happen to them if a girl came out of a vending machine instead of a soda. Personally I'd ask for my money back but, if she becomes the love of your life I suppose it's not a bad trade.

This anime revolves around Kakeru Daichi and his unfortunate or fortunate dependent on how you look at it accident with this vending machine girl he names Melon. Now, why the hell would you ever watch an anime about can girls...literally can girls let me tell you why. This anime is very comedy heavy it is one of the funnier ones on my list of reviews and is well worth a laugh in pretty much all the episodes purely for the reactions of Kakeru at any given point since it is just so ridiculous. I don't think you're going to meet your Waifu in this anime but, Melon and her gang of can-girls are certainly funny enough to mention in a deep anime conversation though, I doubt any of your friends will know what you're talking about and will probably ask you if you're okay but, you can always direct them here or to the first episode to see for themselves.

The core of Akikan is its' comedic experience though, there are small blips of romance, action, and some other genres it is mostly a comedy. Everyone likes comedy but, I have to knock down the review a few notches basically because of how ridiculous the whole thing is I'm pretty sure even after I watched the entire anime I still didn't really know how I felt about it other than I had a good laugh. That being said the major weakness of this anime is the fact that it basically has no story line so if you are looking for one then this is not where you wanna go. It is more for just laughs at absurdity and little else but, I wouldn't say you shouldn't watch it because that's just not fair to Akikan in general.

In conclusion, this anime is a perfect fit if you are looking for a good laugh or maybe something to kill time on while waiting between shows or episodes it only has one season and considering its' age there will be no second season for this anime so, it is just another anime to put under your belt to say that you have watched it really.

7.5/10 Hey guys, I'm back with yet another anime review. Something a little different this time as we're going to review one that isn't actually complete yet. I thought that people were really ragging this anime down with no chance and because of this I have decided to do a review even though, it is not finished. Interviews with Monster-girls

8/10 Heading back into the lighter things this anime is about a teacher that wants to learn more about the "Demi-Chan's" that live in our world. Things like vampires, werewolves, succubus, and other mythical beings are genetic defects in this world. This is a light-hearted anime made for people who want to relax and chill out with a good laugh here and there. This show mostly follows the teacher Tetsuo who wants to make a journal of various Demi-chans that are from around the world. He is fairly reliable, likable, and is pretty smart as far as anime main characters go. There are some attempts at fan-service and romance but, this show mostly sticks to its' guns with the whole just being a show about interviewing thing. Which I have to admit is a nice change of pace.
